Peace.  Real, lasting, true peace.  Healing and freedom from my pain, caused by trauma.  A quiet mind, a relaxed body, and soothed spirit.  These are the things I have long been seeking in my life. John Cutajar has greatly helped me in my pursuit of these qualities. His attention to my words, as well as, all the things I wasn’t saying, that he could witness and feel were soothing and remarkable. I began working with John Cutajar a few months back. At first, I’ll admit, I was skeptical about belief work and how it could transform my life. After my very first session, I slept like I was in a coma and felt like someone had taken 10 pounds off of my shoulders. During this session John gave me a thorough explanation of how my subconscious was being controlled by beliefs I had learned at a very young age. An age where I was impressionable and unable to form my own opinions. While I understood it conceptually, I was still struggling to wrap my head around all of it. After taking the Awakening Dynamics: Level 1 class, I scheduled a few hours with your assistant John Cutajar. My sister in Vietnam fell 5 years ago, cracked her tail bone, twisted her spine and suffered from numbness of the right arm and low blood circulation on her neck to the brain. After 1 hour of healing, with me as the muscle testing and translator across the ocean, she is completely healed. Before working with John I had done some significant belief work on my own via internet programs. They were very useful, but my experience with John was nothing short of miraculous. After just a couple of sessions, I was able to feel much more secure in my parenting, my fears diminished significantly, I met a wonderful new boyfriend (my first in 2 years of dating), and unexpectedly I received a kind note from my ex-husband who had previously been very nasty. John struck to heart of the beliefs I needed to change! Each session there were times when my body heated up and the tears started falling as I was freed from long-held negative beliefs. As the months go by the improvements continue, I am much more at ease, I am able to express myself much more fully, and my new relationship is flourishing. My experience with John’s energy intuitive Kinesiology work was something like I’ve never experienced before. He started by simply asking, “What do you want to work on?”. I barely had to answer because he already took the words from my mouth as he already seemed to know. It was my nervousness and procrastination. And through a series of “yes or no” questions he was able to precisely pinpoint what was “behind” or “under” my procrastination and nervousness. A memory from my childhood of not feeling smart or good enough in comparison to my twin sister was what was subconsciously controlling my behavior in my present 28 yr old life. Simply by standing and allowing my body to move forward=yes OR backward=no. It’s like a body pendulum letting my body give the answers (all on the phone by the way). He was able to clear these subconscious cycles and I felt a sense of relief and tingling in my finger tips as if I was no longer a “slave” to a decision I had made as a child to either feel safe, comforted within my familial role. I no longer feel this “trapped” by my own sub-conscious agreements I made with myself. Now I am working effectively and no longer feel the nervousness in my physical body. I even no longer have the attachment to coffee which was connected to my nervousness. I highly recommend this to anyone who feel clueless as to why they do stuff that they know doesn’t serve them and are interested in being truly free. John is very quick, effective, intuitive, non judgmental and is great at getting straight the point. Thanks so so much John! What a wonderfully insightful experience!!:)
